Revival Place School of the Arts welcomes families to inquire about enrollment for students with disabilities. The school reviews each student’s individual academic, developmental, behavioral, physical, and support needs to determine whether its educational program, staffing, facilities, and available resources can reasonably meet those needs.

Parents or guardians are responsible for providing the school with all relevant educational, medical, psychological, behavioral, and diagnostic documentation during the admissions process and whenever a student’s needs change.

A student with a disability who is voluntarily enrolled by a parent or guardian in a private school does not have an individual right under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) to receive all of the special education and related services that the student would receive if enrolled in a public school. Any accommodations, modifications, interventions, or support services provided by Revival Place School of the Arts will be determined individually, in consultation with the student’s family, and based on the school’s available programs, personnel, facilities, and resources.

Enrollment decisions are made in accordance with applicable law and after careful consideration of whether the school can provide an appropriate and reasonably supportive educational environment for the student. Families seeking evaluations, special education services, or additional related services may also contact their local public school district regarding services that may be available to students who are parentally placed in private schools.
