STUDENT SUPPORT

Because of our small-school environment, teachers are able to become familiar with each student’s academic progress, strengths, and areas of need.
Available student support may include:
* Academic monitoring
* Small-group instruction
* Additional explanation and reinforcement
* Individual academic goal-setting
* Parent-teacher communication
* Curriculum placement based on demonstrated ability
* Reasonable classroom accommodations when appropriate and available
* Referrals to outside professionals or public-school resources when additional evaluation or specialized services may be needed
The availability of accommodations or additional support is determined individually and depends on the student’s documented needs, the nature of the requested support, and the school’s staffing, facilities, programs, and available resources.
Revival Place School of the Arts is not represented as a therapeutic school or a comprehensive special education provider. Families should disclose all relevant academic, developmental, behavioral, medical, and diagnostic information during the admissions process so the school can determine whether it can appropriately serve the student.
